World Test Championship 2023 Results
The Pataudi Trophy between India and England and the 2021 Ashes between India and Australia were the only two instances of a five-match series comprising the second cycle of WTC. Pakistan toured West Indies for a two-Test series in 2021 which ended in a 1-1 draw, after which Sri Lanka defeated the Windies on their soil 2-0 in a two-Test series. India then defeated New Zealand 1-1 at home and inflicted a 2-0 whitewash over Sri Lanka. India did however, faced a rare series defeat when South Africa beat them 2-1 at home, but bounced back with a 2-1 win over Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy to book them a spot in the WTC final. Australia were helped by a series win in Pakistan, while Sri Lanka and England fought tooth and nail too but were unsuccessful in their bid to headline the final at The Oval....read more

No, India is yet to win a World Test Championship. They had reached the final in 2021 but lost to New Zealand and now have a second chance to lift the trophy when they face Australia in the WTC final starting June 7 at The Oval.
Only the WTC final between India and Australia is remaining in the 2021-23 cycle.
